Who benefits from the Technology Transformation Program?
Wilfred S. Stocker Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to breaking cycles of mediocrity through education, mentorship, service, and strategic community partnerships. Since 2006, we have served hundreds of individuals across the southeastern United States, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and opportunities for personal, academic, and professional growth. Through school-based engagements, leadership workshops, and collaborations with local businesses and churches, we provide practical support and foster character development with measurable community impact.
The WSM Transformation Academy, a four-level automotive technology and clean energy education initiative, is designed to guide students from introductory exposure to OEM-level systems understanding. This program is for high school students and young adults seeking to acquire valuable technical skills and embark on a fulfilling career path in the growing automotive and clean energy sectors.

Key skills and opportunities
Each student will complete a capstone portfolio that documents technical growth, applied learning, and career readiness throughout the WSM Transformation Academy. The portfolio will include project logs, diagnostic findings, waveform analysis, safety checklists, building documentation, instructor evaluations, and a final presentation of the student’s completed work. This capstone portfolio will serve as both a mastery record and a professional tool that students can use for internships, employment opportunities, scholarships, and post-secondary pathways.
